FAD magazine is now the UK's leading source of news on contemporary arts. However this web-only publication originally existed as a print zine, and experiment in pushing the boundaries of publication technologies as well as reporting on the UK's burgeoning art scene and gallery culture. Recently unearthed in a box in a loft, "issue 0" of FAD, from 2002, was a test publication with a very short run. It is now a rarity of great historical interest. Presented inside a plain A5 white card sleeve, the magazine itself folds out into an A1 poster, with routes plotted across it linking articles on art, design, and fashion. These include features on Webby-winning online artists Entropy8Zuper!, a gonzo report on Crouching Bitches "fashion wrestling" event at London Fashion Week, and original artworks from Therese Stowell and Griffiths Cicmanec. Please note that, due to the age of these magazines, they may show some slight signs of colouration and warping. Also contents may not be suitable for all ages.
